High School English Teacher

Victory Charter School will hire a highly-qualified, certified, secondary English teacher for the 2024-2025 school year to teach high school English and speech & debate. Salary is $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience. Victory is a Harbor Method School offering a complete K-12 education and full range of extra-curricular activities.  It is consistently named among the top 10 public schools in Idaho academically. It has been continuously accredited since its opening and its performance certificate by its authorizer has been automatically renewed without conditions since its inception. The school has a 98-100% graduation rate. The school operates on a modified, year-round calendar that includes a two-week October break, a full week at Thanksgiving, a two-week Christmas break, a two-week spring break, and a nine-week summer break.

Kindergarten Paraprofessional for 2024-2025

                The school is hiring one, part-time (3.5 hours, M-F) kindergarten paraprofessional to begin August 2024.  The pay is $15 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to support classroom teachers, pass a background check, and meet the State paraprofessional requirements, which include either having completed two years of college study (32 college credits), or having earned an associate’s degree or higher. A person may also qualify to work as a paraprofessional if she/he passes a state-approved parapro assessment.

About Us :  Victory is a tuition free, Idaho public charter school that has been operating since 2004.  Victory operates as a Harbor Method School offering a complete K-12 education, with an emphasis on science and math, while offering a range of extra-curricular activities including sports, music, drama and clubs.
