Lottery will be held April 22, 2020.
April 15, 2020 is the signup deadline for Liberty, Victory & Legacy Charter Schools’ Annual Lotteries
April 15, 2020 isn’t just the deadline for filing taxes, this year it’s also the deadline for parents and guardians to sign up their children for Liberty, Victory, and Legacy Charter School Districts’ annual lotteries. Each school’s lottery will determine its 2020-2021 waiting lists. Although Liberty, Victory, and Legacy are all Harbor Schools in Nampa, each school is considered its own district, requiring separate lotteries to be held. Therefore, those interested must sign up their children at each school in one of the following ways:
- Complete the lottery form at each school in Nampa during school hours, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday. Liberty is located at 9955 Kris Jensen Lane; Victory at 9779 Kris Jensen Lane; Legacy at 4015 S. Legacy Way.
- Go to the schools’ websites, libertycharterschool.com, victorycharterschool.net, legacycharterschool.net, and follow the instructions for submitting online, by email, or fax. Instructions in Spanish are also available on the websites.
Email to: email@example.com or fax to: 208.442.9401. You can also fill out a form in the front office at school. Emailed submissions will receive return email confirmations. If you do not get a confirmation, call the school office at 208.442.9400 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm receipt of submission.
If a parent/guardian needs to complete the forms in a format other than English, or needs an interpreter to assist in completion, please contact the school so assistance can be provided.
The school welcomes students of all faiths, race, abilities, and incomes and does not discriminate in its educational programs or activities, admissions procedures, or employment practices.
The Charter School has a policy of not releasing any educational records or disclosing any confidential information about students, without parental consent. The student’s information regarding applications will remain confidential unless you specifically notify the school that you wish for it to be made public.
Victory Charter School’s lottery will be drawn each spring for the following school year. Exact dates will be posted when they are established each spring. You may submit lottery cards at any time and they will be added to the bottom of the appropriate priority list for the current year and moved up to the next grade for each successive year’s lottery unless you request to be removed from the list. Parents/guardians are responsible for contacting the school to update phone numbers, address or email changes.
