Victory’s lottery date has moved to Thursday, April 23, at 2 pm.
LOTTERY DATE CHANGE: Victory has moved its lottery date to Thursday, April 23, at 2 p.m. The lottery will be held at the school, 9779 Kris Jensen Lane, Nampa. Required social distancing measures will be in use during the lottery. Victory’s lottery will determine its 2020-2021 waiting list.
Those interested are invited to sign up their children for Victory’s annual lottery by the April 15 deadline by going to the school’s website,www.victorycharterschool.net, and following the instructions for submitting either online, by email, or fax. Instructions in Spanish are also available on the website. If a parent/guardian needs an interpreter to assist in completion, assistance by the school will be provided. Those needing this service may call the school at 208-442-9400 to make arrangements before the April 15 deadline. If online, mail, or fax submissions are not options, please call to discuss other arrangements. If no one answers, please leave a message.

April 15, 2020 isn’t just the deadline for filing taxes, this year it’s also the deadline for parents and guardians to sign up their children for Liberty, Victory, and Legacy Charter School Districts’ annual lotteries. Each school’s lottery will determine its 2020-2021 waiting lists. Although Liberty, Victory, and Legacy are all Harbor Schools in Nampa, each school is considered its own district, requiring separate lotteries to be held. Therefore, those interested must sign up their children at each school in one of the following ways:

  • Complete the lottery form at each school in Nampa during school hours, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday-Friday. Liberty is located at 9955 Kris Jensen Lane; Victory at 9779 Kris Jensen Lane; Legacy at 4015 S. Legacy Way.
  • Go to the schools’ websites, libertycharterschool.com, victorycharterschool.net, legacycharterschool.net, and follow the instructions for submitting online, by email, or fax. Instructions in Spanish are also available on the websites.

Victory Charter School’s lottery will be drawn each spring for the following school year. Exact dates will be posted when they are established each spring. You may submit lottery cards at any time and they will be added to the bottom of the appropriate priority list for the current year and moved up to the next grade for each successive year’s lottery unless you request to be removed from the list. Parents/guardians are responsible for contacting the school to update phone numbers, address or email changes.
